The origin

Twenty years in the field,
before the first post.

CF was born from a mix of experience, restlessness and maybe a bit of naivety. Before founding the agency, Claudia spent more than two decades in healthcare, always at the border between the pharmaceutical industry and medicine. Trained in communications as well, she watched the practice from the outside for 20 years.

In the beginning the operation was small. It was Claudia and her sister Carla, serving ten physicians. Content, design in Canva, posting on Facebook, websites through partners. “We didn't know how to do everything, but we learned.”

The turning point came with Dr. Glauco Alvarez, a bariatric surgeon. He was the first to trust: “If it's with you, I'm in.” When he came on board, CF stopped being an idea and became a real company.

The strategic shift came later. It became clear that physicians didn't just need content. They needed direction. Knowing what to communicate, to whom, how to position themselves, how to train their front desk, how to turn digital presence into real authority.

Her answer is direct: precisely because she sits outside the consultation, she sees what the physician often can't. Twenty years in the pharmaceutical industry teach how a doctor thinks, how they relate to information, how they build authority, how they need to be respected in their technical seriousness.

CF will never replace medical knowledge. It translates that knowledge so the patient perceives value, safety and trust.

Where we're headed.

Within two years, CF wants to be a reference in strategic medical marketing in Brazil. Not just as an agency, but as a company that educates the medical market on positioning, patient care and sustainable growth.

We're building our own platform where physicians will track results, approve content and see their channels in real time. Technology and AI applied to a sector that still works with paper charts.

Growth only makes sense if the essence stays: strategy, closeness, depth and respect for the medical world.
